SMS Pharma sells its manufacturing facility at Vizag to Mylan for $33million (INR 173 Crores)

It appears that the divested facility by SMS Pharma is the dedicated oncology faciltiy at Vizag  The facility is supposed to be USFDA compliant and manfuactures both API and formulations. The API Block  is spread over an area of 2600 Sq.M, (26KL), while the Formulation Block is spred over 2000 Sq.M. Current Market Value of SMS Pharma in 204 crores and has a long term debt of 88 crores.  The stock currently trades at 9x EV/EBITDA.
