Shanghai Pharma to acquire 79% stake in Big Global, subsidiary of Dong Ying Pharma

Shanghai Pharmaceuticals will pay 615 million RMB ($100 million) to purchase a 79% stake in Big Global Limited (Hong Kong), which is owned by Dong Ying (Jiangsu) Pharmaceuticals Co. Dong Ying (Jiangsu) Pharmaceuticals specializes in muscle relaxant and cardiovascular drugs through its SFDA GMP-certified production facilities and established distribution network throughout China.
